CNC Programmer

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Perform CAD/CAM programming using Solidworks/MasterCAM.
• Prepare setup work instructions and tool lists for production use.
• Provide technical support for daily manufacturing processes, including designing jigs and fixtures.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum Nitec qualification in Precision Engineering & Aerospace, ITE Diploma, or equivalent.
• Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in setting up and operating CNC Milling Centres.
• Experience in setting up multi-axis CNC Milling Centres.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming. Working experience with SolidCAM is a must.
• Understanding of tooling criteria, machining applications, and process documentation.
• Good knowledge of setting parameters (feed rate, speed, etc.) according to materials and tool sections to achieve optimum output.
• Proficient in interpreting mechanical drawings.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
